By accessing or using the DJ Bootcamp website and services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.

01 Bootcamp Enrolment

Enrolment in our 4-week bootcamp is subject to availability and a successful application process. We reserve the right to refuse admission to any applicant at our discretion to maintain the quality and safety of the learning environment.

02 Course Structure & Attendance

Our bootcamps include three hands-on sessions followed by a live performance. Regular attendance is required to ensure you reach the necessary skill level for the final nightclub set. Missed sessions may impact your ability to perform at the graduation event.

03 Intellectual Property

All training materials, curriculum designs, methodologies, and documented processes provided during the course are the exclusive property of DJ Bootcamp. Unauthorised sharing, reproduction, or commercial use of these materials is strictly prohibited.

04 Equipment & Liability

While we provide industry-standard equipment during sessions, DJ Bootcamp is not liable for:

• Damage to personal equipment brought into our sessions.
• Hearing loss or injury resulting from the loud environments inherent to DJing. We strongly recommend the use of high-quality ear protection (earplugs).
• Any loss of earnings or career outcomes following the completion of the course.

05 Live Performance (Graduation)

The final performance is hosted in licensed venues. You must adhere to the venue's rules, security protocols, and age restrictions (students must be 18+ to perform). We reserve the right to cancel a performance if a student is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or exhibits unprofessional behavior.

06 Cancellations & Refunds

Our refund policy is communicated clearly during the manual application and booking process on a per-cohort basis. Generally, once a bootcamp has commenced, no refunds will be issued due to the dedicated nature of the training slots.

07 Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
