DJ Bootcamp is built to flip the script on how DJing is taught.
No waiting. No watching. You DJ on day one.
Each session is hands-on, high-energy, and built around real gear. We teach you everything from finding music to building a set.
You’ll learn Rekordbox, Serato, CDJs, controllers, and DJ marketing basics. By the end, you won’t just know how to DJ — you’ll be one.
Because this doesn’t end in a certificate. It ends in a real club, with you on the lineup.

■ What you will learn
This isn’t about watching someone else mix. From the start, you’ll be hands-on — learning by doing, building confidence, and mastering the essentials you actually need.
Music Sourcing & Taste
Learn how to find and buy tracks legally, explore new genres, and define your unique sound.
Rekordbox & Serato
Get to grips with the two leading DJ platforms. You’ll learn how to format USBs, manage playlists, and troubleshoot common issues across both your laptop and decks.
Gear & Setup Knowledge
Understand what’s in your bag, what clubs use, and what gear is best for your goals — from DJ controllers to club-standard Pioneer CDJs.
Beatmatching & DJ Tricks
Learn how to beatmatch by ear and apply popular tricks and transitions that DJs actually use — no fluff, no filler.
Musical Theory for DJs
Master EQing, transitions, and how to mix with intention — understanding energy, phrasing, and flow.
Set Building & Crowd Reading
Learn to build warm-up, peak-time, and closing sets. Simulate crowd energy, adjust your flow, and practice reading the room.
Marketing for DJs
Develop a basic strategy for putting yourself out there — from content ideas to creating a simple presence that gets you gigs.
What you will do
We don’t believe in passive learning. Every session is about doing. From week one, you’re behind the decks — and by week four, you’re performing in a real nightclub.
Join a 4-week Bootcamp
Three hands-on sessions, followed by a final performance in a real nightclub with a pro sound system and open crowd.
Solo Sets Only
Each student plays their own solo DJ set at the final event. No hiding behind the group. Your name’s on the lineup.
One-to-One Mentorship
You’ll receive personalised feedback during sessions and direct 1:1 support throughout the course.
24/7 WhatsApp Community
We keep the energy alive outside of class — you’ll have direct access to a WhatsApp community with coaching, motivation, and extra tips.
Weekly Homework
Build playlists, prep sets, research music, and stay accountable between sessions.
Perform Live
End the course by DJing to a real crowd — your friends, your community, your moment. No mockups. Just the real thing.
Ongoing Post-Course Support
After the bootcamp, we continue offering 1:1 support, guidance, and help with finding your next gig.

🪩 The Bootcamp
This isn’t just a course.
It’s a culture shift.
DJ Bootcamp is designed for people who’ve always wanted to DJ — but didn’t know where to start, didn’t feel welcome, or thought it was too late.
Whether you’ve never touched a deck or you’ve been blending tracks in your bedroom for months, this is your moment.
This is for you if:
- You think you’ve got no rhythm (we’ll prove you wrong)
- You’re “too old” or “too shy” (you’re not)
- You’ve never been in a club booth (you will be)
- You love music and want it to be a real part of your life — maybe even your career
We’ve built this to be fully hands-on, beginner-friendly, and inclusive by design. It doesn’t matter your background, your age, your gender, or where you’re starting from — if you want to DJ, this space is for you.
You’ll learn side by side with other music lovers, share mixes, give feedback, and play a real club set at the end — not just for yourself, but in front of people who believe in you.
It’s not just about learning to DJ. It’s about becoming one — with a support system, a network, and a space that helps you grow.
OUR STORY

FOUNDER & LEAD MENTOR

The Visionary Behind DJ Bootcamp
DJ Bootcamp was founded by a working DJ, sound engineer, and filmmaker with deep roots in music, nightlife, and creative culture.
Patryk began DJing in 2009, landing his first residencies in Brighton by 2011. What started in underground music scenes soon evolved into a full-time open-format career playing clubs, events, and festivals across the UK on a near-weekly basis. From major city venues to offbeat local parties, Patryk built his name through versatility, consistency, and an obsession with sound.
But he’s never been just a DJ. With a background as a pianist and former music teacher, and years of experience as a filmmaker and sound engineer, Patryk understands both performance and production; from what happens in the booth to what happens behind it. He’s worked across lighting setups, club sound systems, brand activations, and live event capture.
“I still love DJing, but now I care more about giving that experience to others. I want to create the kind of start I wish I had — where people feel welcomed, guided, and able to play for a real crowd right from the beginning.”
DJ Bootcamp is that start — a space for music lovers to learn the craft, feel the rush, and perform with confidence. Whether you’re here to explore a passion or start a career, this is where your DJ journey begins.
